Thank you to everyone who joined Cape Coral Animal Shelter for our 7th Annual Blessing of the Pets!

Each year, this special community tradition brings people and pets together in celebration of the Feast Day of St. Francis, the patron saint of animals, and the special bond we share with our pets.

We are grateful to everyone who participated in our 2026 event and helped make the day so meaningful.

Our 2027 Blessing of the Pets is being planned, with the date and event details to be announced. Please check back for updates as we look forward to gathering together again next year.

People and pets of all faiths are welcome.
