SUMMARY:7th Annual Blessing of the Pets
DESCRIPTION:Bring your pets to celebrate the Feast Day of St. Francis\, the patron of animals\, at our 7th Annual Blessing of the Pets. \n\n\n\nJoin us for a FREE outdoor event at the shelter on Sunday\, October 4\, 2026. Blessing Begins Promptly at 2pm. Plan to Arrive at 1:30pm. \n\n\n\nThe event is open to people and pets of all faiths. \n\n\n\nEach participant will receive a prayer card and St. Francis medallion. Capture memories at our photo station and grab goodies at the bake sale. \n\n\n\nDogs must be on a leash at all times (no retractable leashes). Cats\, critters and other pets must be in a carrier.
