SUMMARY:Yoga For The Shelter
DESCRIPTION:Release tension\, stretch the entire body and relax the mind with a gentle and slow paced one hour yoga class located at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village. Using mindfulness and the science of slow movement engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to benefit health\, we focus on flexibility\, balance\, range of motion and releasing tension. After working on releasing our body from tension we move into a meditation using visual guidance to help us turn off the internal chatter so we can completely relax the mind with the body.  \n\n\n\nAs a participant\, you check in at the front desk in the main lobby to be directed to our location. Parking is free but please allow time to arrive early to sign in and get set up. \n\n\n\n$10 per class$8 for CCAS volunteers50% of proceeds benefit CCAS \n\n\n\nBring: yoga mat\, and props (blocks\, strap\, blanket\, towel) \n\n\n\nGot questions?
